7 Month 2 6 From today until the 29th, Jiangxi Province's 40th Two The second Quality Management Group Representative Conference was held at Fuzhou holds 。 After 4 A fierce competition under the sky, with expert judges scoring and selecting on the spot. The company's selected Powder Division The Open-Source Cost-Saving QC Group's project, "Improving Metal Recovery Rate in WC Powder Production," and the Climber QC Group's initiative, "Reducing Rework Rate for Tungsten Carbide," have proudly earned recognition. Second Prize , The Alloy Business Division's pioneering QC team won third prize for their project titled "Reducing the Chipping Rate of Precision Grinding Tool Rods."
During the tungsten carbide powder production process, material losses were significantly exacerbated by equipment defects and human operational errors, resulting in a metal recovery rate of only 99.10%. Through data analysis and on-site investigations, the Open-Source & Cost-Saving QC team from the Powder Division identified three key factors contributing to the low metal recovery rate: "severe dust generation throughout all production stages," "lack of standardized weight specifications for self-inspection sampling," and "customer samples sent out not being included in the output calculations." In response to these critical issues, team members actively brainstormed and implemented targeted solutions. By addressing equipment shortcomings, enhancing dust control at the source, installing advanced dust collection systems, and establishing clear sampling protocols, the team successfully achieved their QC goal of improving the metal recovery rate by an additional 0.1%.
The Powder Division Climber QC Team, focusing on "Reducing the Rework Rate of Tungsten Carbide," achieved their QC goal of lowering the rework rate for both coarse and fine tungsten carbide by 1%—through improvements in the wear resistance of flying knives, standardizing usage cycles, repairing damaged plow blades, regularly replacing empty filter bags, and establishing standardized carbonization procedures.
From January to October 2020, the chipping rate of precision grinding tool rods reached 3.59%, resulting in significant waste of production costs. Alloy Business Division's Pioneer QC Team Achieves Success in "Reducing the Chipping Rate of Precision Grinding Tool Rods" By optimizing special grades and the bending bar cutting process, refining both the material-feeding and material-receiving mechanisms, and introducing measures such as "cleaning frames" along with standardizing employee operations, we successfully achieved the QC target of reducing the defect rate to below 2%.
In recent years, The company has Launch a QC team Events and Key proposals for lean production management and Combining QCC project improvement activities, Actively launch quality improvement and management enhancement initiatives, leveraging quality improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Place strong emphasis on promoting and applying the outcomes of QC activities, ensuring that outstanding results are promptly translated into enhanced productivity and competitive advantage. It has generated significant economic and social benefits for the company.
