Six , Default Handling

If the waste materials are not collected within the specified timeframe, a storage fee equivalent to 0.1% of the winning bid amount will be charged for each day of delay, deducted directly from the deposit until the entire amount is exhausted. Once the deposit is fully depleted, the bidder will be deemed to have withdrawn from the bid.

2. Bidders must strictly uphold the fairness, legality, and reasonableness of the bidding process.
