— Company organizes 2019 Annual Advanced Individuals' Health and Recreation Program

To promote excellence and further inspire all employees to stay positive, strive for progress, and align themselves with top performers, contributing their own efforts toward achieving the year-end goals, the company organized two separate, concentrated sessions from August 7 to 15. 2019 Company Outstanding Individuals, 2019 Outstanding Individuals Recognized by Zhongtung Hi-Tech, and Health, Safety, and Environmental Excellence Award Winners Attending a recuperation and wellness program at the Lushan Workers' Health and Recreation Base of the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

This wellness and study program combines rest with learning, emphasizing the idea of growing stronger through relaxation and rejuvenation—ready to move forward with renewed energy. Participants had the chance to fully appreciate the true beauty of Mount Lu, marveling at its breathtaking scenery that has earned it the title "the most extraordinary mountain under heaven." Along the way, they visited iconic red tourism sites such as the former site of the Lu Mountain Conference, the Lu Mountain Museum, the Lu Mountain Anti-Japanese War Museum, and Mao Zedong’s historic residence at Lulin No. 1, where they immersed themselves in patriotic education.

Most of the employees participating in this wellness retreat are those who have quietly dedicated themselves on the front lines—ranging from production and technical leaders to top-performing sales professionals. Through this retreat, these industry pioneers, who are usually busy with intense work schedules, were able to fully rejuvenate both body and mind while soaking in the stunning natural beauty. The experience not only strengthened friendships among colleagues but also boosted team cohesion, pride, and a profound sense of belonging. Ultimately, it reignited their passion for a fulfilling life and rekindled their unwavering determination to contribute actively to the company’s high-quality growth and development.

During the event, company leaders Cai Haiyan and Mei Qun visited the outstanding employees participating in the health and recuperation program. Attendees expressed that they deeply appreciated the care and support from both the company and its trade union.
