Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products;
2. Develop regional sales plans based on the company’s set sales targets, break down these goals, and implement them effectively;
3. Identify and cultivate regional market clients, ensuring the successful establishment of a robust distribution network;
4. Proactively acquire new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, expand business channels, and conduct regular visits to both new and established customers within the region;
5. Monthly prepare comprehensive product promotion activity plans for the region and conduct thorough post-event analysis and summaries.
Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or higher; candidates aged 22–40 years old who are resilient, hardworking, passionate about sales, and possess strong communication, organizational, and planning skills;
2. At least six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry—prior experience in the beverage sector is preferred; veterans are also highly encouraged to apply;
3. Candidates without prior experience will receive company-sponsored training.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently manage product operations within the department, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, tracking progress, and monitoring post-launch performance metrics.
2. Establish effective data-tracking mechanisms aligned with operational goals and product status, driving continuous optimization of operational strategies based on evolving business needs. Additionally, oversee the execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and preferences, stay informed about competitor activities, and conduct comprehensive competitive analysis.
4. Productize existing processes and refine operational efficiency based on ongoing business performance insights.
