Talent Philosophy
★Establish a scientific approach to talent management and build a talent performance evaluation system
Focusing on building both the management team and a robust science-and-technology talent pool, we will implement a comprehensive talent strategy to cultivate a high-caliber workforce and enhance the company's ability to operate efficiently and sustainably over the long term. Key efforts will include strengthening the recruitment of top-tier professionals in fields such as materials, mechanical engineering, marketing, and management, while systematically developing internal talent at senior levels.
1. Establish and refine a selection and appointment mechanism that prioritizes practical capability, developing comprehensive talent attraction and development plans. Focus on four key areas—recruiting, nurturing, retaining, and effectively utilizing talent—while moving beyond traditional criteria such as academic qualifications, professional titles, or seniority, and broadening the scope of talent identification and deployment.
2. Establish a scientific talent philosophy rooted in competency-based assessment and performance-driven evaluation. Develop and refine a comprehensive talent evaluation system centered on performance, outlining specific methods for assessing the performance of science and technology professionals, skilled technicians, and managerial talent. Additionally, design clear career advancement pathways and exit mechanisms tailored to each professional category.
3. Establish and refine an internal allocation system that bases compensation on individual contributions, creating a distribution and incentive mechanism tailored to the company’s growth. Simultaneously, design corresponding performance evaluation and reward strategies to break through conventional frameworks and fully unlock the potential of all employees.
Implement the Corporate Cohesion Initiative to create excellent working and living conditions for tech talent, while enhancing compensation packages for all types of professionals. At both company levels, we will identify and recognize tech leaders, experts, and skilled professionals, ensuring their regular income matches or surpasses that of mid-level managers.
★Building a talent pool with solid professional expertise, extensive work experience, and strong innovative capabilities
Build a team of professional technical personnel with high levels of expertise and innovative capabilities. Cultivate a group of influential technical experts who possess advanced knowledge and cutting-edge innovation skills, ensuring they remain at the forefront of their industries—aiming to maintain this elite R&D workforce at around 8%.
Additionally, develop a core management team capable of meeting the demands of global operations and the evolving market economy. Foster a cohort of versatile, multi-skilled managers who embody a strong sense of responsibility, resilience in the face of challenges, a proactive mindset for growth, and integrity in both personal conduct and professional ethics.
Finally, establish a marketing team equipped with solid industry-specific knowledge, coupled with robust market development skills. Implement comprehensive training programs covering marketing strategies, production and application technologies, as well as legal and regulatory frameworks, to enhance professionals' ethical standards and their ability to identify and seize new market opportunities. Over the next three years, strive to increase the proportion of marketing staff trained in these areas to at least 5%.
Lastly, assemble a skilled workforce that combines deep practical experience with the versatility to excel across multiple roles. Intensify training initiatives focused on refining technical workers' specialized skills while promoting their "one specialty, multiple competencies" capabilities. This will help them gain richer hands-on experience and master a diverse range of skills, ultimately enabling 15% of technicians to achieve advanced technician status—among which 5% hold senior technician qualifications—and ensuring that over 30% of the technical workforce demonstrates the ability to perform multiple roles effectively.
