4. Bidding

Five , Pickup and Payment Timeline

Six , Default Responsibility

1. In the event of delayed payment, a penalty of 1% of the winning bid amount will be charged for each day the payment is overdue, deducted directly from the bid security until the security is fully exhausted. Once the security has been fully used up, the bidder will be deemed to have withdrawn from the bidding process.

    Failure to remove the waste materials within the specified deadline will result in a penalty of, for each day of delay, an amount equal to the winning bid price. A 0.1% storage fee will be charged to the goods and deducted from the security deposit until the deposit is fully exhausted. Once the security deposit is depleted, the bidder will be considered to have withdrawn from the bid.

2. Participants in the bidding process must strictly uphold the fairness, legality, and reasonableness of the tendering process. Any violator discovered will have their bid or winning bid disqualified, with the bid security forfeited and no refund provided.
