This presents a rare market opportunity—only by seizing it decisively, staying ahead of the competition, and acting swiftly can we gain the upper hand, buy valuable time to overcome current challenges, and ultimately achieve our annual business and production goals. To capitalize on this momentum, the company’s union has decided to launch a "Secure Orders, Grab Market Share, Achieve Record Production" labor competition across all production units during March, April, and May 2017. The initiative will be measured against monthly production targets and variety completion rates, with bonuses awarded to teams that exceed their planned targets—specifically, based on the extent of their overachievement.
