Nanchang Cemented Carbide Limited Liability Company has set up a provincial enterprise technical center which has more than 100 technical staff, is equipped with the complete set of equipment necessary for R&D of cemented carbide and tools products, has introduced a series of world advanced experimental and inspection equipment such as ball mill, press, extruder, pressure sintering oven, grinder, scanning electron microscope, X-ray fluorimeter, micro-hardness tester, coercive magnetometer, magnetic saturation meter and cutting tool detector, provides a good R&D platform of new products, technology and process for the company and can undertake the small-batch production task of cemented carbide products. At present, the technical R&D platform of the company has reached the industrially leading level in China.

 

The technical center hires experts both at home and abroad to guide the technical development each year. In recent years, it has taken more than 20 new product plans at the provincial and municipal level or above and foreign technology and management talent introduction projects, developed a lot of core technologies and provincial key new products and got 10 patents with independent intellectual property. Thus, the company has been awarded “High-Tech Enterprise”.
